In partnership with the NYC Health Department, FPHNYC incubates innovative public health initiatives implemented by NYC Health Department to advance community health throughout the city. It facilitates partnerships, often new and unconventional, between government and the private sector to develop, test, and launch new initiatives. • Serve as a liaison between the NYC Health Department and other providers to optimize coordination of care for the community.
