We’re currently seeking a Community Manager to lead the operations of one of our key properties. This location is conveniently accessible from nearby cities, making it an ideal opportunity for candidates looking to work in a well-supported, fast-growing property management firm without a long commute.

Position Overview:As Community Manager, you will take ownership of the daily operations of your assigned property—ensuring excellence in resident satisfaction, financial performance, and team accountability. This role is perfect for a strategic leader who is passionate about service, detail-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Property Operations:
  • Oversee leasing, maintenance, compliance, and resident relations
  • Conduct regular property inspections and lead preventive maintenance planning
  • Develop and enforce operational procedures for high-efficiency performance
  • Resident Relations:
  • Serve as the go-to person for all resident concerns, ensuring timely and professional resolution
  • Build strong relationships to promote resident satisfaction and retention
  • Implement programs that foster a sense of community
  • Financial Management:
  • Prepare and manage budgets aligned with property goals
  • Monitor rent collections, lease renewals, and delinquencies
  • Analyze financials and take corrective actions to improve profitability
  • Team Leadership & Accountability:
  • Set performance expectations, provide coaching, and conduct regular evaluations
  • Track KPIs for operational success, resident experience, and financial health
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on integrity and results

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in property or community management (multifamily preferred)
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
  • Tech-savvy; proficient in property management and financial software
  • Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws, fair housing, and regulatory requirements
  • Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
