We’re currently seeking a Community Manager to lead the operations of one of our key properties. Position Overview:As Community Manager, you will take ownership of the daily operations of your assigned property—ensuring excellence in resident satisfaction, financial performance, and team accountability. This role is perfect for a strategic leader who is passionate about service, detail-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Property Operations:
• Oversee leasing, maintenance, compliance, and resident relations
• Conduct regular property inspections and lead preventive maintenance planning
• Develop and enforce operational procedures for high-efficiency performance
• Resident Relations:
• Serve as the go-to person for all resident concerns, ensuring timely and professional resolution
• Build strong relationships to promote resident satisfaction and retention
• Implement programs that foster a sense of community
• Financial Management:
• Prepare and manage budgets aligned with property goals
• Monitor rent collections, lease renewals, and delinquencies
• Analyze financials and take corrective actions to improve profitability
• Team Leadership & Accountability:
• Set performance expectations, provide coaching, and conduct regular evaluations
• Track KPIs for operational success, resident experience, and financial health
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on integrity and results

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in property or community management (multifamily preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• Tech-savvy; proficient in property management and financial software
• Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws, fair housing, and regulatory requirements
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
