Job Requirements:
- Work off shift; this position is for off-shift once acclimated to the environment.
- Basic understanding of PC systems
- Some understanding of LAN/WAN network infrastructure
- Experience assessing and documenting communication systems in accordance with NIST standards and best practices.
- Familiarity or basic understanding of routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF, TCP and UDP
- Highly desirable- experience with Spectrum and help desk applications.
- Previous help desk or Tier 1 call center environment
- Network certifications are considered helpful.
