The Conference Services Manager is responsible for coordinating the service efforts between sales, banquets and all applicable departments to ensure proper utilization of function space to yield maximum revenues. The Conference Services Manager is responsible for planning all details of group customer stay and events and managing client requirements to ensure that events run smoothly and accounts are kept in order. We are looking for individuals who have a solid knowledge of food and beverage sales, able to evidence strong business acumen, have a proven track record displaying creativity and excellent communication skills. Applicants are required to have three to five years experience in hospitality service related positions with management experience included. A college degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management is required. Attendance to training seminars is required as part of this role.
