Overview

TEC Development is seeking a Construction Laborer to work on various commercial construction projects including new builds and remodels. This job may require some out-of-town stays for the work week with weekends off.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00Am - 3:30PM

Responsibilities

• General labor duties at construction sites in varying degrees of completion
• Receive materials and deliver to appropriate area on worksite
• Clean up and maintenance of job sites to meet safety standards
  
  

Qualifications

• Light experience with general construction; commercial construction preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet insurance requirements.
• This is a physical job and requires the ability to lift up to 75 lbs without assistance, constant movement, and exposure to outdoor elements.
• Must be able to work with heights.
• Must be able to work in safe and alert manner at all times.
• Must be able to have reliable attendance.
• Flexible and able to adapt to new ways of doing things.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work without constant supervision.
  
  

Compensation

The base pay range for this position is $18.00 to $22.00.
