• Pay Range: $36.30 - $42.75 per hour, based on experience
• Tuition Reimbursement program

• Tuesday through Friday from 4:00pm to 2:00am

As an Engineering & Facilities Maintenance Technician 2, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain facility.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and troubleshoot all electrical and mechanical aspects of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) on site, including conveyor systems, sortation, robotics, and Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS)
• Conduct maintenance and basic troubleshooting of industrial robots
• Use handheld devices and asset management system mobile apps to create and close work orders
• Collaborate with other technicians and building leaders to optimize equipment
• Follow safety procedures and ensure a safe work environment
• Operate Target-owned vehicles for maintenance activities

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license (or ability to obtain one)
• Experience in work order management, preventive/predictive maintenance, and basic blueprint reading
• Familiarity with electrical and electronic principles, industrial controls, and programmable logic control (PLC) programs

• Desired:
• Associate degree or vocational school certification in Mechanical or Electrical field
• Experience with automated conveyor systems, Material Handling Equipment (MHE) safety standards, and robotic operation/maintenance

Physical Requirements:

• Regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching
• Ability to lift and move up to 49 pounds
• Walking and climbing ladders or gangways
• Manual dexterity and coordination
• Ability to work in various conditions such as small spaces, dust, and hot/cold temperatures
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours
