Your Impact as HR Coordinator

  • Own the onboarding process from offer to first day
  • Manage new hire paperwork and HRIS system (SuccessFactors)
  • Schedule and conduct candidate interviews
  • Track employee attendance and assist with scheduling
  • Help employees secure airport badges and parking access
  • Be the go-to support for managers on HR tasks and systems

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Bonus points for experience in hospitality, food service, retail, or union environment
