Creative Content Producer - #256435

Pyka is seeking a Creative Content Producer to support our in-house marketing and content creation efforts across social media, digital channels, and internal communications. This role is primarily focused on producing high-quality short-form video and visual content — but also includes opportunities to contribute to broader marketing initiatives, including campaign development, graphic design, and event content.

You'll help define how Pyka tells its story to customers, partners, and employees across multiple platforms.

Our cargo aircraft enables remote connectivity, enhances express delivery networks, and ensures fast and reliable shipping of critical supplies to areas in need. Our crop protection aircraft offers agricultural services providers and farmers an autonomous tool to make aerial application safer, more precise, and less harmful to surrounding environments. Both vehicles are highly economical to operate, easy to deploy, and significantly reduce C02 emissions in their respective industries.

Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit engaging video and photo content for social media, recruiting, internal comms, and product marketing
• Create short-form video assets optimized for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital channels
• Support management of Pyka’s social media channels, including planning, scheduling, and publishing content
• Collaborate on campaign planning and brand storytelling initiatives
• Support visual content needs for trade shows, customer demos, and facility tours
• Contribute to the creation of pitch decks, web assets, and email campaigns as needed
• Maintain visual brand consistency across digital touchpoints
• Provide general marketing support as needed, including creative brainstorming and asset coordination
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience producing professional content for social media and digital marketing
• Strong skills in videography, video editing, photography, and graphic design
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom)
• Deep understanding of social media best practices and content trends
• Excellent visual storytelling instincts and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment — from factory floors to field demos
• Based in-office (Alameda, CA) or at our California test site, with flexibility to travel nationally and internationally frequently

• $96,000–$115,000 per year base salary + equity. Compensation will vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Salary ranges are subject to change.
