Position Summary
As a Creative Designer at Banner, you will play a key role in visually communicating complex engineering products and systems to both internal and external audiences, that will help illustrate our product's value and benefits, and that align with our overall marketing, commercial, and business objectives. You will create high-quality 2D illustrations and 3D renderings that align with our brand and support a variety of electronic communication formats. Your work will contribute directly to technical documentation and marketing efforts across all of Banner’s product divisions.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop engaging visual content, ensuring consistency and clarity in all design assets. You must be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and deadlines. This is an in-office position at our corporate headquarters.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Continuously learning and understanding information relating to our products, how they are used by our customers and what the features and benefits are of using Banner products
- Creating 2D and 3D assets for use in technical documents, website and print
- Sourcing assets for 3D scenes, importing/exporting 3D objects, lighting, texturing and rendering scenes
- Supporting Marketing, Sales, and other departments by creating compelling graphic assets for telling the Banner story and promoting products
- Managing multiple concurrent projects independently
- Collaborating with Designers, Engineers, Salespeople, Channel Partners and Customers to solicit and incorporate technically accurate feedback
- Ensuring visual consistency across all design outputs and communication channels
- Embracing continuous improvement in everything you do by looking for ways to deliver more value and raising the bar to aid in the continued success at achieving our business objectives

Required
- At least 3 years of experience using 3D modeling programs (i.e., Cinema 4D, Blender, Creo) to design and produce visual assets
- Experience using KeyShot, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop
- Must have a thirst to learn and understand information relating to our products, customers, applications, and overall industry
- Knowledge of industrial manufacturing equipment, systems and processes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to be flexible and meet shifting deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple projects with limited direction
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Engineering Design, Marketing, or related field
