- Graduation from an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program
- At least one year of experience as a Radiological Technologist or advanced ARRT certification in CT if less than one year of experience
- Current registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or ARRT certification in CT
- BLS certification
- Preferred: ARRT advanced certification in CT and six months of CT experience
