- Assist clients with travel inquiries, reservations, and general support
- Guide clients through the booking process for vacations, cruises, and other travel services
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Stay up to date with training, travel information, and supplier updates
- Work independently while collaborating with team members when needed
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Interest in travel, hospitality, or tourism preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable using computers, booking systems, and online tools
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or travel is a plus but not required
- Remote position with flexible scheduling
