We are seeing a Customer Service/Dispatch Manager for our growing team. This pivotal role involves overseeing a dedicated team of dispatchers to ensure exceptional customer service in alignment with our "service vision." The Customer Service/Dispatch Manager will optimize the daily scheduling and efficient use of delivery labor and equipment, coordinating the dispatch of over 50 Ready Mix trucks each day.
Key Responsibilities
Foster strong, positive relationships with customers to enhance service delivery.
Collaborate with the sales team to address and resolve customer-driven challenges.
Partner with operations personnel to identify and eliminate inefficiencies in dispatch processes.
Optimize plant sourcing and maintain real-time truck tracking.
Monitor and ensure the accuracy of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in customer service and interaction.
3-5 years of managerial experience within a dispatch or operational role.
3-5 years of experience in fleet dispatching; Ready Mix dispatching experience is a plus.
Knowledge of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) Hours of Service regulations.
