Who We Are Looking For
State Street seeks to recruit a Cyber Incident Management (CIM) and Threat and Vulnerability Management (TVM) Governance program lead able to oversee and perform both CIM Governance and TVM Governance functions to provide deliverables within the Fusion & Security Operations (F&SO) Governance Program. This includes gathering, analyzing, and enriching data for utilization on scorecards and related governance reporting indicators on CIM and TVM within the State Street environment. This role requires an individual with deep knowledge of CIM and TVM, including cyber incident detection, assessment, response, and recovery, Patch Management, and infrastructure penetration testing within a corporate environment. A successful candidate will also possess strong leadership skills and possess the ability to build and lead a team.

Salary Range

What You Will Be Responsible For
As a CIM and TVM Governance Lead you will:
- Oversee a team of analysts performing CIM and TVM Governance tasks and reporting
- Produce regular reporting related to the governance of CIM and TVM to assess compliance with the Information Protection Standard
- Distribute reporting to various committees, councils, and regulatory reporting forums as required
- Engage with teams across State Street and vendors to perform related governance functions
These skills will help you succeed in this role
- Deep understanding of CIM and TVM in regards to cyber incident response and threat and vulnerability management in a corporate environment
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Experience with cybersecurity governance, information protection governance, AI and machine learning governance related to encryption and data loss prevention, or related functions demonstrated through work, military, or education
- Experience using ticket tracking tools for change management, tracking, and reporting demonstrated through work, military, or education
- Strong background in cybersecurity, Cyber Incident Management, and Threat and Vulnerability Management
