LS3P is a passionate and collaborative architecture, interiors, and planning firm that is looking for the next addition to our close-knit and inclusive Knowledge Management Team of creative problem solvers. Your impact will be a part of a collecting and analyzing data as we strive to advance our vision, mission, and values throughout our region. This role is for someone knowledgeable in Power BI at the entry level, who is passionate about developing frameworks for analytics solutions to help organizations drive strategic business outcomes, implement PBI Center of Excellence, and to enable data-driven insights. This position is responsible for developing and executing new data analysis policies to build and verify new data models that help in decision-making. They work with technical teams to improve data analytics and business intelligence techniques.

As a Data Analyst, you will spearhead our strategic reporting and analytics initiatives, leveraging your advanced skills in data analytics, data science, and Microsoft Power BI. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will play a key role in harnessing data to foster innovation, efficiency, and strategic insight across the firm. This position offers the opportunity to impact our business operations significantly, providing leadership in data analytics and science.

Our Expectations

SECTION I: TECHNICAL COMPETENCY

  • Experience in tools and systems on MS SQL Server BI Stack, including SSRS and TSQL, Power Query, MDX, PowerBI, and DAX
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI and Excel
  • Ability to communicate with business as well as technical teams
  • Strong client management skills
  • Ability to learn and quickly respond to rapidly changing business environment
  • Be up to date about the best practices and advancements in development and design
  • Multitasking and interpersonal skills
  • Documenting, designing, and modeling solutions and explaining, representing, and discussing the same with the team
  • Applying experience and knowledge to future solution considerations
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines at a given time
  • Have knowledge of database fundamentals such as multidimensional database design, relational database design, and more
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Applied Statistics, or an equivalent field of study preferred (experience also considered)
