Description
The Waldinger Corporation is seeking a highly analytical and curious Data Analyst to join our growing Data Platforms team. Reporting to the Manager of Data Platforms, this role will help transform our data capabilities from traditional reporting toward forward-looking insights. You will work closely with business stakeholders, analytics engineers, and other IT team members to dive deep into operational data, uncover drivers of performance, and develop data products that inform strategic decisions and drive measurable value.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, analytics engineers, and other IT team members to dive deep into operational data, uncover drivers of performance, and develop data products that inform strategic decisions and drive measurable value.
Responsibilities
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python/R for data analysis
- Experience working with large datasets and relational databases.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct independent analysis and clearly communicate findings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a deep sense of curiosity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to tailor insights to different audiences.
- Experience with forecasting models, machine learning, or time series analysis.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Jupyter Notebooks.
- Experience in a construction, services, or field-based operations environment.
- Knowledge of statistical modeling, regression techniques, or clustering algorithms.
