Data Analyst - #252712
Apt

About the Role
We’re seeking a SQL Data Analyst who thrives on solving problems with data. In this role, you'll work with large datasets shared across teams and partners, analyzing and interpreting the information to support smarter business decisions. You'll play a key role in ensuring accuracy, improving reporting processes, and turning complex data into clear, actionable insights.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently but also values strong collaboration — and wants their analysis to drive real business impact.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze incoming data sets using SQL and Excel, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and clarity.
- Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to support business strategy and performance tracking.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (including project managers, data engineers, and analysts) to align insights with business goals.
- Translate business requirements into clear queries, visualizations, and data summaries.
- Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement across multiple projects.
- Support process enhancements that improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and decision-making.
- Maintain clear documentation of findings, workflows, and assumptions to ensure transparency and traceability.
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a data analytics or reporting role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and strong working knowledge of Excel.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills — able to simplify complex data for different audiences.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work on multiple priorities in a hybrid environment.
Preferred:
- Experience working with cross-company data or partner-shared datasets.
- Familiarity with process improvement or business operations analytics.
- Knowledge of tools like Python, Snowflake, or Miro is a plus.
Why Join Us
You’ll be part of a team where your voice is heard, your work matters, and your insights lead to real change. With a flexible hybrid schedule, opportunities to grow your skills, and projects that make an impact — this role is built for someone who’s ready to take their SQL and data storytelling to the next level.
