What You’ll Do

• Analyze incoming data sets using SQL and Excel, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and clarity.
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to support business strategy and performance tracking.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (including project managers, data engineers, and analysts) to align insights with business goals.
• Translate business requirements into clear queries, visualizations, and data summaries.
• Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement across multiple projects.
• Support process enhancements that improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and decision-making.
• Maintain clear documentation of findings, workflows, and assumptions to ensure transparency and traceability.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a data analytics or reporting role.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and strong working knowledge of Excel.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills — able to simplify complex data for different audiences.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work on multiple priorities in a hybrid environment.

Preferred:

• Experience working with cross-company data or partner-shared datasets.
• Familiarity with process improvement or business operations analytics.
• Knowledge of tools like Python, Snowflake, or Miro is a plus.
