At VCI Construction, as an Associate Data Analyst, you will perform audits on data and resolve data quality issues. Must be able to communicate with business owners and IT professionals at all levels. We are looking for a combination of analytical capabilities, technical prowess, and communication skills in a team-based environment. On-site position located in Upland, CA.

What You’ll Do As An Associate Data Analyst

• Perform audits on data and resolve data quality issues.
• Analyze and mine operational, business, and financial data to identify patterns and correlations among various data sources.
• Design and create data output to help partners across the enterprise in their decision making.
• Develops awareness of and familiarity with issues and events affecting organization, department, and/or customer.
• Develops useful and insightful information from a variety of data sources.
• Communicates with business stakeholders in a way that is clear and actionable
  
  

What You’ll Need

• To be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• Bachelor’s Degree in related fields.
• 0 - 3+ years’ related experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment.
• Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills.
• Use office management tools like Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel to identify and present data issues and opportunities.
• Basic understanding of SQL code
• Capable of working cooperatively with internal customers, as well as being an enthusiastic team player.
• Ability to accept priorities when required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Can provide and receive feedback from peers and managers to improve.
• Demonstrates a strong capacity to quickly adapt by learning new skills and unlearning outdated ones
  
  

Salary Range $33 - $35 / hour (D.O.E)
