Job Description
A client of Insight Global in the technology and retail industry is seeking a data analyst to support a large quantity of automation projects. This person will be joining a team of project managers that they will be supporting across the country, as they drive upgrades and automation in delivery stations & warehouses. The ideal candidate will be a talented and skilled individual who has prior experience pulling insights from data to improve productivity, and someone who has the ability to create consolidated reporting. This individual will be working with a number of various tools, including Microsoft Excel and will have had prior experience in manufacturing or distribution and has a foundational understanding of electrical and industrial equipment. The focus of this role is to use data pulled from various equipment and provide insights and identify areas for process improvement and efficiencies. This role is fully remote, however will require occasional travel of up to 20% to visit sites in an effort to better understand operations for their analysis and reporting. This position is an initial four month contract with potential to extend and convert based upon performance and business need.

Skills And Requirements
3+ years experience with data analysis
Industry experience relevant to manufacturing, logistics, supply chain or distribution
Proficient with Excel - vlookups, pivot tables, etc
Strong communication skills Bachelors degree in technology or analytics null
