About The Role

Curely is looking for a Medical Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients. In this role, you’ll ensure a smooth check-in process, manage appointment scheduling, and provide administrative support to our medical team. If you have strong communication skills, a patient-friendly attitude, and a passion for healthcare, we’d love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

  • Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth.
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries.
  • Maintain patient records and ensure all information is up to date.
  • Verify insurance details and process billing transactions.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff for seamless patient care.
  • Uphold confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
  • Assist with other front desk and clerical duties as needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
  • 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role (medical setting preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly, patient-focused attitude with excellent customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes is a plus.

Bonus Skills & Experience

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (or other languages) is a plus.
  • Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Previous work in a hospital or clinic setting.
