The Role
The Role
- Extract, analyze, and validate data from Epic Clarity databases for reporting needs.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries, views, and reporting datasets.
- Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards within Epic reporting tools and Power BI.
- Utilize Snowflake to support data storage, analysis, and reporting initiatives.
- Partner with clinical, operational, financial, and technical teams to understand reporting needs.
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership and end users.
- Active Epic Clarity Certification.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, including complex query development and performance optimization.
- Experience extracting and analyzing data from Epic Clarity databases.
- Experience with Snowflake data platform and Power BI for dashboards and reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Opportunity to support enterprise reporting, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
- Work directly with business and clinical stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.
