Summary:

The data entry clerk will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records through data entry and data entry clean-up for the University Advancement Office. This position is a temporary, part-time position.

Job Description:

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Perform data entry tasks with utmost accuracy and efficiency to ensure the integrity of our database records.
• Clean up existing records by identifying and rectifying inconsistencies or errors.
• Utilize your technical savvy to navigate and utilize various software and tools to support data entry and record management.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot data-related issues and provide innovative solutions.
• Adhere to established data entry protocols, ensuring confidentiality and data security at all times.
  
  

Knowledge, skills and abilities:

• Demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy while working with large volumes of data.
• Proficiency in technical skills, including data entry software and tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and follow instructions.
• Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct in handling sensitive data.
