KFC US is seeking a detail-oriented and solutions-driven professional to manage complex restaurant-level POS data needs across all equity and franchise locations. This role is responsible for ensuring data integrity across strategic platforms, providing second-level support for POS and BOH issues, and leading project management activities to ensure deliverables are aligned with business needs.

  • Data Creation and Execution (70%)
  • Ensures master data integrity in key systems as well as maintaining the processes to support the data quality.
  • Identifies areas for data quality improvements and helps to resolve data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies.
  • Utilizes technical expertise on all data points to ensure POS data is executed according to the business standards.
  • Implement POS data ensuring 100% efficiency and quality to support the business requirements of all franchise requests, including pricing and agency support.
  • Communication (15%)
  • Schedule reviews and provide recommendations on process improvements based on strategy and design
  • Advise leaders on concerns with data issues before implementation
  • Collaborate and communicate with team members ensuring they follow data strategies
  • Supporting (15%)
  • Monitor performance and quality control of systems and identify improvements, support usability testing of systems and quality assurance
  • Provide on call support after hours (nights and weekends) to field operations and Help Desk in the resolution of menu and application related issues
  • Education - BS in Computer Science preferred
  • 2-5 years corporate experience, preferably in IT
  • Strategic mind and can deliver high performance solutions
  • Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
  • Detail oriented with passion for excellence
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and intellectual curiosity
  • Knowledge and experience using statistical packages (Excel)
  • Confident, articulate and strong professionalism
  • Solid knowledge of and experience of project delivery


Salary Range: $63,300-$74,400 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
