Our Data Science team is hiring for a Data Science Analyst to help us turn numbers into narratives and insights into impact.In this role, you'll use data to tell stories that shape how we connect with our customers especially when it comes to promotions. You'll help uncover what’s working, what’s not, and where we can rethink our approach to deliver greater impact. You'll work alongside partners across our stores, regions, and global support teams to connect the dots between our customers, products, and purpose.This role is based in Austin, TX, with an expectation of being in the Store Support office five days a week.

- Partner with teams across the business—from local store leadership to national strategy—to uncover key trends and opportunities.
- Translate real-world business challenges into actionable data questions and craft thoughtful approaches to answer them.
- Collaborate with a team of data scientists and analysts to explore, model, and interpret large datasets using machine learning, data mining, and statistical tools.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of our data so we’re always building on a solid foundation.
- Create compelling reports and visuals that tell meaningful stories—clear, engaging, and accessible to all stakeholders.
- Bring your analytical curiosity to projects that support our mission: from merchandising and marketing to customer experience and sustainability.
- A strong grasp of core data science principles and a track record of applying them to real-world challenges.
- Familiarity with tools like Python, R, and other data science platforms.
- Comfort working with a range of data: customer behavior, product performance, and operational trends.
- Ability to think critically, ask the right questions, and bring structure to ambiguity.
- A strong storyteller who can translate data into insight and insight into action.
- Bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years of relevant experience (or a comparable blend of education and experience).
- A Master’s degree in a related field
