Under general supervision, youÂ

  • Perform specialized administrative support and disseminate technical information to ensure proper and efficient court operations.Â
  • Examine, process, prepare, and maintain case files and other legal documents.Â
  • Prepare reports requiring accuracy, reliability, and meticulous attention to detail.Â
  • Find solutions to complex administrative problems.Â
  • Assist the public by phone and in person using customer service and communication skills.Â
  • May occasionally have a workday that extends beyond regular hours, and you may have to work some weekends.Â
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • High School Diploma or GED, andÂ
  • At least one (1) year of experience as a Deputy Court Clerk I or closely related; orÂ
  • Any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Â

Preferred Qualifications

  • Court experience.
