Job Summary

Under the direction of the Director of Real Estate Development and providing support to the Assistant Vice President of Development and to the Senior Vice President of Construction and Development, this position is responsible for providing project coordination for the full life cycle of housing development from planning to financing and construction for the agency’s recapitalization and new construction pipeline. This position is a vital position that will provide significant exposure to all aspects of developing affordable housing and affordable housing tax credit application process. This position is based in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the Agency’s Main Office.

Who We Are

THA provides publicly assisted housing comprised of traditional public housing, mixed-finance sites, and housing vouchers. Currently, THA provides assistance to more than 20,000 individuals, or 7,200 families. THA is governed by a voluntary Board of Commissioners, each of whom is appointed by the Mayor of the City of Tulsa. The board employs THA’s President/CEO, who in turn employs the remainder of THA’s staff of approximately 200 team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in real estate, public policy, urban planning, or related field. Educational attainment can be substituted with four (4) or more years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must possess valid Oklahoma driver’s license
