The Digital Content Creator is responsible for creating visually impactful and engaging content, including graphic design and copywriting, across MakerPlace platforms such as B2B email, social media, and site experience and B2C site, mobile, and app landing pages to support the MakerPlace business team.

Major Activities
Work with MakerPlace Content & Merchandising and Growth teams on creating, designing, and delivering digital assets such as B2B emails and social media and B2C web banners, promotional banners, and category tiles
Responsible for designing, resizing, retouching, and uploading site assets to the content management system for each MakerPlace site request
Provide copy guidance for campaign and trend stories that align with the MakerPlace brand, style, tone, and voice & SEO best practices
Work with Content associates on seller outreach to receive hi-res image files for internal image archive
Examine existing processes & align with cross-functional partners to identify opportunities for efficiencies
Update and maintain internal databases/content management systems for designs and assets
Use trend intelligence and stay up to date on current markets when designing and delivering content

Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
2#43; years experience in graphic design, content creation, and/or copywriting. Experience working in e-commerce, retail, or a startup environment is a bonus
Experience using photo editing and design software such as Figma, Adobe (Illustrator, inDesign, Photoshop), etc.
Experience using content management systems
Creative and innovative
