Behavioral Clinician/Analyst Sunshine Village is a remarkable community

teach life skills, foster independence, promote wellness and give
everyone the chance to realize their potential. Sunshine Village is
seeking a Master?s Level Clinician to join our growing team! Work on an
interdisciplinary team providing behavioral support and services for
adult individuals with autism and intellectual disabilities.
Responsibilities Develop & monitor behavioral support plans and
individualized treatment plans Complete progress reports Analyze data
Complete functional behavior assessments Complete skill assessments
Conduct staff training Design data collection tools for staff to track
behaviors Analyze data collected by staff Perform site visits as
scheduled or needed Compensation \$90,000 -Clinician, without BCBA
\$105,000- Analyst, with BCBA Great Benefits: Generous paid time off and
a minimum of 11 paid holidays each year SSV pays 70% of Health and
Dental Insurances for individual and family plans Free life insurance of
\$25,000 You will be eligible for a 4% match in our 401K retirement plan
after one year (when you are 100% vested) SSV offers vision and other
insurance at competitive rates. Required Skills: Master?s degree in a
Human Service related field Minimum of two years experience utilization
of Applied Behavior Analysis with people with developmental disabilities
and/or with people on the autism spectrum BCBA preferred, but not
required. Strong ability to communicate effectively and work
independently Terrific Work Hours: Monday \| Friday 8am \| 4pm, no
evenings or weekends or On Call! (40 hours) Full time preferred, willing
to consider Part-Time or Flex Schedule (20 hours) Please apply online
