We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as the Commercial Foodservice Lead for Ball Aluminum Cups. This role will develop and implement the strategy for and proactively manage the largest Food Service/On Premise customer targets, initiating relationships across key stakeholders and driving to win-win partnerships to significantly accelerate growth. The role will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to deliver growth targets and working with our distributor and broker partners, working cross-functionally to create compelling sustainability value propositions and providing solutions that accelerate adoption of the Ball Aluminum Cup. Channels/Segments include Sports & Entertainment, Lodging/Leisure, Amusement/Recreation and Fast Casual. Other new Channels/Segments may emerge based on opportunities and strategy adjustments. What will you be responsible for? Lead Commercial Team and Develop new foodservice sales for Ball Aluminium Cups, defining strategy, prioritizing key customer targets, and identifying viable route-to-market plans to significantly increase revenue and reach incremental consumers in identified Channels/Segments (ie. Sports & Entertainment, Lodging/Leisure, Amusement/Recreation and Fast Casual).

Build short and long term plans to realize full potential of partnership for Ball Corporation by fully understanding customer's business needs and opportunities. Lead customer contract negotiations by initiating contact with key stakeholders across the value chain, determining approach and aligning with the overall Ball Aluminium Cup strategy. Lead approach for playbook process & overall contract value alignment, approval and negotiation. Prepare proposal, manages internal approval process, and negotiate with customer to deliver a win-win partnership. Partner with cross-functional teammates (Marketing, Finance, IBP, other Commercial leads etc) to develop end-to-end solutions for key customers, with clear deliverables and KPIs. Understand desired internal metrics and successfully negotiate external programs. Work closely with Sustainability team to deliver partnership opportunities tailored to key customers, based on in-depth understanding of customers’ sustainability goals and key stakeholders. Bring in Ball Sustainability experts to engage with Customer’s sustainability team as needed. Drive discipline, accountability, and EVA focus across team, leveraging data and available tools & processes identify key opportunities and to provide visibility for forecasting and budgeting, delivering against committed targets.Coach and develop team, providing guidance and support to increase functional & industry expertise and build talent bench.Lead external engagement to create appropriate contacts and industry events to create new customers for Ball Aluminium cups. Develop target list and identify budget needs. What are we looking for? Minimum of a bachelor's degreeMinimum of 7 years’ experience doing sales leadership in foodservice channels Minimum of 5 years’ experience doing business developmentLeadership: Influence and negotiation skills across stakeholders including senior leadership.Leadership with ability to prioritize and deliver against commitments.Financial Analysis/Tools:

Strong financial acumen, understanding of key P&L and EVA drivers.Analytical and critical thinking, leveraging multiple data sources to develop recommendations.Communication: Strong internal and external communication. Knowledge:

Sales Planning/Selling Cycle.Foodservice Distributors and Brokers.Consumer Packaged Goods.Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Salesforce or other CRM solutions.Required proficiency in the English language. Preferred proficiency in Spanish.

Compensation & Benefits:This position is eligible to be remote; however if based in Colorado, this position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site for four (4) or more days per work week (with core collaboration days of Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday). Hiring Salary Range:$142,400 – $221,260 USD. Salary to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
