This role offers the opportunity to lead fundraising and donor engagement efforts for the county’s premier provider of life-changing treatment and support for children, teens, adults, and families impacted by substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges.

Founded in 1949, CADA is a progressive and culturally responsive organization, widely respected for empowering individuals to achieve recovery, rebuild their lives, and contribute to stronger families and communities. • Cultivate and manage relationships with major donors, institutional funders, and new prospects to retain and grow support.
  • Research and secure grant funding and sponsorship opportunities from public and private sources.
  • Oversee donor database management, ensuring data accuracy, security, and actionable reporting to support development goals.
  • Create and implement an annual development plan with measurable goals, collaborating with Finance for accurate reporting and Marketing to share donor stories.
  • Lead the production of fundraising materials, donor correspondence, appeals, and executive communications to inspire engagement and support.
  • Plan and coordinate community outreach initiatives and represent the organization at events to strengthen relationships and visibility.
