You will direct the admissions process for a campus, beginning with inquiry and concluding with enrollment. This is not a coordination position. You determine how families perceive us, how thoroughly they grasp the model, and whether they enroll for sound reasons. You will evaluate alignment, facilitate meaningful dialogue, and advise against enrollment when appropriate. Maximum headcount is not the objective. Cultural and academic alignment is.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. What You Will Be Doing
- Directing the complete enrollment experience for prospective families, from initial inquiry to final onboarding.
- Facilitating discovery conversations to evaluate fit prior to offering solutions or advising on progression.
- Coordinating 20+ concurrent family engagements across varying enrollment phases, maintaining full transparency on status and next actions.
- Executing campus visits, student shadow days, and enrollment dialogues that precisely articulate results, standards, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Sustaining precise CRM and enrollment documentation (HubSpot and SIS) to enable forecasting, workflow prioritization, and service excellence.
- Applying transactional or aggressive enrollment methods.
- Accepting families who lack alignment to satisfy numerical targets.
- Supervising a staff or operating within complex organizational hierarchies.
- Distributing the family journey across multiple points of contact.
- Performing this work remotely. The position requires campus presence.

Basic Requirements
- 3+ years providing elevated, individualized service in settings where client experience shapes institutional credibility (education, upscale hospitality, executive administration, exclusive membership, or independently managed services).
- Proven ownership of a full-cycle client, admissions, or enrollment process spanning first engagement through integration.
- Track record managing 20+ concurrent client, guest, or family interactions across multiple stages, supported by a reliable tracking methodology.
- Capacity to present specific instances of consultative judgment, including occasions where you advised against your offering due to misalignment.
- Polished written correspondence with C-level executives, affluent clients, or discerning audiences.
- Availability to reside in or move within 60 days to one of these locations: Greenwich, CT; Boca Raton, FL; Atlanta, GA; or Boston, MA.
- U.S. work authorization independent of employer sponsorship.
- Background in competitive independent school admissions or selective program enrollment.
- History in premium hospitality, VIP client services, or senior executive support.
- Involvement in developing or optimizing enrollment workflows, operational standards, or service protocols.
- Proficiency leveraging data and CRM analytics to enhance enrollment fit, not merely throughput.
