Responsibilities
Shamrock Trading Corporation is looking for a highly experienced Director of Marketing to join the dynamic and growing marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of marketing staff in brand, digital and creative marketing functions. You will be a critical leader in the marketing department, supporting the day-to-day execution and alignment of marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of driving customer acquisition through digital marketing strategies, guiding creative direction of marketing collateral and aligning sales and marketing strategies that grow the business.

- Drive performance of our brands’ digital marketing strategies in a fast-paced industry, keeping up with market trends and continually making suggestions for improvement
- Maintain a pulse on company positioning across digital and traditional brand channels, providing insight into findings and consistently identifying opportunities for growth and evolution
- Serve as a strategic marketing leader for the organization, working with VP of Marketing, cross-functional teams and company leadership to scope growth strategy
- Guide senior marketing management on the implementation and execution of each brand’s marketing and creative strategy
- Utilize marketing analytics to measure the success of marketing initiatives, create insightful reports, and make data-driven decisions to optimize strategies.
- Oversee the marketing performance and strategic growth of the Shamrock family of brands
- Oversee creative leadership on insight-driven marketing materials, campaigns, branding, and content that resonate with our target audience and promotes creative development
- Provide coaching and feedback for continuous improvement to further foster a high performance, energized work environment that reflects the company culture.
- 10+ years of experience in a similar marketing role
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or related field and
- Track record of both tactical and strategic marketing in a B2C environment
- Additional technical knowledge and experience in digital marketing, CMS platforms, design tools and similar
- Analytical and creative thinking skills with strong attention to detail
- Positive, proactive attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience leading a team of high-performing marketing professionals
