Position Summary: We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and healthcare-savvy leader to join Connexion Point as our Director of Strategy. This individual will report directly to the President and play a key role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives across the business. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in telephonic healthcare operations, a strong understanding of AI-driven optimization, and a passion for using data to tell compelling stories and drive measurable results.

Position Location:

On-site expectations for local Sandy, Utah candidates.

Remote candidate's travel expectation minimum of six times annually.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic growth initiatives through in-depth data analysis and business intelligence.
  • Identify and drive campaign and operational optimizations using data science and AI technologies.
  • Collaborate with software and data engineering teams to design and implement innovative solutions.
  • Partner with Call Center Operations to improve performance and drive process efficiencies.
  • Lead and support cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Develop clear, concise presentations and communicate complex findings to internal and external stakeholders, including clients.
  • Translate data into actionable insights and help shape client strategies.
  • Serve as a thought partner to executive leadership, contributing to long-term strategic planning.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, or operations, with at least 2 years in healthcare BPO or telephonic healthcare services.
  • Proven track record of using data and AI to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in data visualization and storytelling.
  • Confident communicator, comfortable presenting to executive-level clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience working closely with engineering, analytics, and call center operations teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, or other health insurance-related services.
  • Familiarity with call center technologies, KPIs, and performance management tools.
  • Experience with AI/ML tools, platforms, or implementation in a contact center or healthcare setting.
