Director of Product Strategy - #262575

The Role:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Product Strategy to lead the vision, roadmap, and lifecycle of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 product offerings—focused on Business Central, Finance & Supply Chain Management, Customer Engagement, and Power Platform. This role will own the strategy, development, and monetization of our intellectual property (IP) built on top of Microsoft’s ERP stack.

The ideal candidate will drive innovation, align cross-functional teams, and ensure our ERP and IP solutions deliver measurable value to customers and differentiate us in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the Microsoft Dynamics 365 product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with customer needs, business goals, and Microsoft's evolving platform ecosystem.
• Lead the ideation, definition, and launch of new Microsoft Dynamics 365 features or offerings, driving value across the product lifecycle.
• Act as the voice of the customer, gathering insights from clients, partners, and internal teams to prioritize features and enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders—including delivery, sales, marketing, support, and engineering—to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor product performance using KPIs and data insights; make data-informed decisions to optimize adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
• Guide go-to-market planning, pricing strategies, and positioning in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and represent the company in customer meetings, industry events, and partner discussions.
• Stay current on Microsoft Dynamics 365 trends, competitive landscape, and Microsoft roadmap updates to inform product direction.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in product management, consulting, or solution architecture—preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Proven success leading enterprise-grade product strategy and roadmaps in a SaaS or consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of ERP processes including finance, supply chain, and operations.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in agile product development environments.
• Ability to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Deep experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Finance & Supply Chain Management.
• Familiarity with complementary platforms such as Power Platform, Azure, or third-party ISV integrations.
• Background in professional services, software consulting, or systems integration.

• Compensation: You’ll earn a base between $150,000 and $170,000, with bonus opportunities that can bring total earnings to $170,000 – $190,000 or more.
