Sales & Marketing Director at Hunters Woods at Trails Edge!!
An immediate and exciting opportunity exists for a seasoned and dynamic Selling Sales and Marketing Director at Hunters Woods at Trails Edge, a 210 unit, established provider of upscale independent living, assisted living and memory care in Reston, VA. Reporting to our Executive Director, the selected candidate will effectively execute the community's sales and marketing plan. You will build meaningful professional relationships with prospective residents, adult children and organizations/influencers within the community at large and successfully lead an internal sales team to exceed occupancy goals.
Highly competitive base salary and an aggressive commission plan based on leasing performance offered.
