Position Overview

The Director of Sales will be responsible for leading ProVal's sales organization, shaping the go-to-market strategy, and driving revenue growth across new and existing client segments. This is a hybrid role based in Orlando, FL, requiring in-office presence 2-3 days per week.

We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven sales leader with experience in the IT channel, SaaS, or consulting services industry—ideally someone who understands the dynamics of selling to or working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs). The ideal candidate will be comfortable building, coaching, and scaling a high-performance team while working cross-functionally to support ProVal's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Define and execute the sales strategy aligned with ProVal's growth goals and market opportunities.
  • Identify new market segments, channels, and partnership opportunities to expand reach.
  • Establish KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate sales effectiveness and pipeline health.
  • Attain individual quota in addition to team quota.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team (Account Executives, SDRs, Sales Ops).
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and customer-centric selling.

Pipeline & Revenue Growth

  • Own forecasting, pipeline management, and quota achievement across regions and segments.
  • Drive new logo acquisition while nurturing growth in existing accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing on lead generation and brand awareness efforts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Product and Delivery teams to align solutions with market demands.
  • Work with Customer Success to ensure seamless handoff and client satisfaction.
  • Influence product positioning and competitive strategy based on market feedback.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success scaling sales organizations in high-growth environments.
  • Strong understanding of consultative selling.
  • Familiarity with modern sales tools and systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Orlando, FL area.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the IT channel, SaaS, or consulting services space.
  • Prior experience selling to or working within Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
  • Knowledge of IT operations, service delivery models, and technology outsourcing.
