Your primary responsibility is to lead the Social Services team while promoting and enhancing relationships between residents, their families and the support systems and resources inside or outside the community.

What You’ll Be Doing Every Day
Your primary responsibility is to lead the Social Services team while promoting and enhancing relationships between residents, their families and the support systems and resources inside or outside the community.
Who We Are Looking For
- You will be able to demonstrate composure, customer focus, patience, and the ability to gain trust and establish rapport with residents and your team.
- 1 year of previous leadership experience, preferably within Long-Term Care
- A solid foundation (3+ years) of how to support those living with mental health, alcohol/drug addiction, post-traumatic injuries, physical disabilities, and dementia
- Bachelor degree in Human Services field, BSW strongly desired. Master’s Degree/LCSW preferable
- Prefer working in an environment where you are "not just a number"
