We're seeking a Director of Warehouse Operations to lead and scale our multi-site warehousing business with the vision and drive to grow the division significantly in the coming years.

You’ll report directly to the Divisional President and work cross-functionally with Sales, IT, and Customer Service, ensuring our warehouse network performs to the highest operational and financial standards—today and tomorrow.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Operations across 7 multi-client warehouses, managing several exempt-level direct reports and 30+ non-exempt level personnel
- Manage a full Profit & Loss with a focus on driving performance by warehouse location and across the entire network
- Implement & Optimize the Warehouse Management System (preferably Blue Yonder, Manhattan, or Cadre) in partnership with IT
- Maximize Capacity – Work with Sales to fill warehouse space and align utilization to business goals
- Lead by KPIs – Track key metrics to ensure accuracy, productivity, safety, and efficiency
- Champion Technology – Embrace tools, systems, and automation to increase profitability
- Drive Culture & People Performance – Motivate, mentor, and coach warehouse managers and teams
- Ensure Compliance with all federal, state, and local warehousing and shipping regulations
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Partner with Customer Success team to meet customer expectations as well as with Sales on pricing, space, and service opportunities
- Report & Strategize – Prepare performance reviews, financial forecasts, and operational updates for executive leadership
- 10+ years of progressive leadership in multi-site, multi-client warehousing environments
- Proven experience scaling and optimizing warehouse operations
- Strong background in WMS implementation (Blue Yonder, Manhattan, or Cadre)
- Six Sigma Certification (Preferred)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (Preferred)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) (Strongly Preferred)
- Demonstrated success with automation, process improvement, and cost control
- Expertise in P&L management, budgeting, and strategic planning
- Metrics-driven – Skilled at developing and using KPIs to track success
- Effective leader with strong people-management skills and a passion for coaching teams
- Full proficiency with MS Office suite (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Leadership – Inspires, motivates, and holds teams accountable
- Results-Driven – Focused on outcomes and operational excellence
- Collaborative – Works well across departments and teams
- Innovative – Brings fresh ideas and embraces change
- Communicative – Clear, persuasive, and professional in all forms of communication
