Summary
- Holds operational accountability for the Metro Denver region, spanning from Berthoud to Castle Rock. This role is crucial in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across these key service lines.
- Directs the department's activities and resources to ensure alignment with the mission, vision, values, and objectives of the department and organization.
The Director of Primary Care, Women's and Pediatrics plays a key role in the health system's strategic and operational efforts by:
- Overseeing daily operations, including staffing, resource allocation, budget management, and ensuring optimal provider and patient satisfaction.
- Driving regional performance metrics related to patient access, satisfaction, provider engagement and retention, and staffing effectiveness.
- Serving as a visible, accessible leader who fosters a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence
The successful candidate will meet the following requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, preferably within primary care settings
- Bachelors Degree
- Proven success managing complex healthcare environments with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop high-performing teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build relationships across diverse stakeholders.
- Data-driven decision-making mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
