Pay: $63.32 - $101.31 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Summary

• Holds operational accountability for the Metro Denver region, spanning from Berthoud to Castle Rock. This role is crucial in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across these key service lines.
• Directs the department's activities and resources to ensure alignment with the mission, vision, values, and objectives of the department and organization.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

The Director of Primary Care, Women's and Pediatrics plays a key role in the health system's strategic and operational efforts by:

• Overseeing daily operations, including staffing, resource allocation, budget management, and ensuring optimal provider and patient satisfaction.
• Driving regional performance metrics related to patient access, satisfaction, provider engagement and retention, and staffing effectiveness.
• Serving as a visible, accessible leader who fosters a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence
  
  

Candidate Qualifications

The successful candidate will meet the following requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, preferably within primary care settings
• Bachelors Degree
• Proven success managing complex healthcare environments with a focus on patient-centered care.
