AAA Club Alliance is seeking a full-time Distribution Data Analyst to join our team in Wilmington, DE.

This role is hybrid and requires on-site and remote work

The Primary Duties Of The Distribution Data Analyst Are

  • Pro-actively monitors, analyzes, and interprets all financial information in addition to extensive analysis and reporting of Retail & CCIT transactions, and agent-level sales information. Executes complex analyses of data, and interprets and displays them in simple terms for broad understanding. Identifies where issues or problems arise within monitored Distribution workflows and identifies effective solutions to management.
  • Creates and maintains various “dashboard” reports that can be viewed and delivered to all levels of Distribution management (VP to RM) on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
  • Assists with the annual budget process for Distribution Operations. Works in Coordination with the Director of Distribution Administration on analysis and data entry.
  • Supports automated solutions for manual reporting processes within Distribution Operations, including but not limited to Scorecards, Compensation, Sales Reports, Agent production reports.
  • Responsible and accountable for validating reporting and tracking data quality and consistency; and is accountable for valid and reliable analyses.
  • Serves as a resource and liaison with other support departments in forecasting and reporting of revenue and transactions produced by Retail and CCIT Operations.
  • Performs data analysis in support of ad-hoc and standing customer requests. Support the development of programs, methodologies, and files for analyzing and presenting data. Performs all other data related tasks as required.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience with data analysis and direct interaction with key back office reporting systems and customer relationship management systems.
  • Ability to support financial projects, data analysis, and budget activities.
  • Knowledge of skills, principles, and practices of accounting, financial analysis, and presentations.
  • Knowledge and application of business management, strategic planning, and project management principles and practices.
  • Proficient PC and Internet skills required including advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Access, Internet, Intranet or other Reporting software.
  • Command of analytic principles, practices, and tools to create and present data in various graphical formats.
