Description

Bay Insulation Contracting in Roanoke, VA is looking for hire a full-time District Sales Manager. Would you like to work for a company that values their employees with a supportive team environment? If you have sales experience, then we may have the opportunity for you! This person will work in the states of Virginia, West Virginia and Maryland.

The District Sales Manager for Bay Insulation Systems travels throughout the geographic area of Virginia. This position will contact contractors, insulation companies, brokers, manufacturers, and other specifiers of Metal Building Insulation. In addition, the District Sales Manager will be representing EXPI-DOOR Systems Inc., our specialized metal walk door manufacturer.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and presents quotes.
• Acquires customer orders.
• Handles customer questions, complaints, and needs.
• Develops, reviews, and implements district sales plan.
• Manages internal customer support.
• Promotes Bay Insulation Systems and products throughout the district.
• Generate new customers and new sales.
• Continue to build current customer relationships.
• Manages expenses and territory travel plan.
• Ability to travel overnight and work a flexible schedule.
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 4 or more years of sales experience, required.
• Construction related sales experience, required.
• Metal Building construction knowledge and experience, preferred.
• A college degree, preferred.
