- Effectively answer routine phone calls, mail and fax inquiries

- Daily attendance at work is required - Hours 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday (overtime may be required occasionally based on business needs)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2-year benefits experience and with some payroll knowledge (high-deductible plans, flex spending, HRA, etc.)
- Human resource basic knowledge (i.e., FMLA, LOA, ACA)
- Bi-lingual is a plus
- Valid CT driver-s license
- Reliability is a must
- Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and management
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Excel, HRIS and Payroll systems.
- Self-motivated
- Detail-orientated
- Ability to work within time constraints
- Be able to work independently and within a team environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
