We’re seeking a motivated and energetic Marketing and Campaign Coordinator to join a fast-paced team. In this role, you’ll work directly on exciting marketing campaigns—from planning and execution to community outreach and direct engagement. - Assist in developing and executing interactive marketing campaigns
- Represent clients through face-to-face engagement and local outreach initiatives
- Coordinate and support in-field campaign operations and promotional events
- Meet with decision-makers to establish marketing goals and campaign expectations
- Oversee small campaign teams as needed and track campaign performance
- Foster strong client and customer relationships through ongoing communication
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic outreach
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and campaign delivery
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A self-motivated go-getter who thrives in fast-paced environments
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed
- A passion for marketing, community engagement, and making an impact
- Desire for a long-term, growth-oriented career
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field is a plus – but not required
- Previous experience in marketing, sales, customer service, or leadership roles is a bonus
- Full-time availability with flexibility for occasional evening or weekend events
