- Assist in the development and implementation of social media strategies
- Create and publish engaging content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media channels
- Conduct research and stay up to date with industry trends and best practices
- Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns
- Manage social media analytics and prepare reports on key metrics
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive and effective messaging
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Basic understanding of social media metrics and analytics tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic graphic design skills and experience with design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) are a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
