Events Manager
Location: Remote (with travel to events as needed)
We're looking for an Events Manager to own and execute Giga Energy's in-person event strategy—from tradeshows and field activations to on-site customer experiences. This role is equal parts logistics and brand experience, helping us show up with impact wherever we meet customers and prospects in the real world.
You'll collaborate closely with sales and demand generation to align events with our target account strategy, ensuring every activation is built to drive pipeline. You'll manage end-to-end execution—from planning and budget management to booth experience, lead capture, and post-show follow-up.
This position reports to the Head of Marketing and plays a key role in elevating Giga's presence in the field and on the trade show floor.

Events Manager

Responsibilities
- Own Giga's in-person event strategy, including major industry tradeshows, customer activations, and custom on-site visits
- Plan and execute events end-to-end, managing everything from booth design and shipping logistics to staffing, giveaways, and customer experiences
- Collaborate with demand generation and sales to integrate events into account-based campaigns and GTM motions
- Lead the capture, routing, and conversion of event leads, working with the marketing and sales team to maximize pipeline impact
- Manage budgets across all event programs, balancing cost-efficiency with brand impact
- Measure and report on event ROI, including sourced pipeline and pipeline acceleration
- Continuously improve the playbook for field events—from pre-show planning to post-show follow-up
- Have 5+ years of experience managing B2B events or tradeshows, ideally in a technical or industrial space
- Love making logistics look effortless and are comfortable managing complex moving parts on tight timelines
- Think strategically about events—as more than brand awareness plays—and are focused on pipeline and relationship-building
- Are highly organized and detail-oriented, but flexible enough to adapt when things inevitably shift on-site
- Are comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and can align marketing, sales, and external partners around a shared goal
- Thrive in a fast-paced, scrappy environment where ownership and initiative are key
- Have experience planning events for industrial, energy, or manufacturing brands
- Have worked closely with demand gen or ABM teams on integrated campaign strategy Are familiar with event lead capture tools and CRM integrations (e.g., HubSpot, iCapture, etc.)
- Have experience managing creative vendors, booth builds, or experiential activations
