Salary Range: $49k-$63k Annually

Detailed Description
- Manage, maintain, and prioritize the executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
- Coordinate all travel arrangements, booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Process and track executive expenses.
- Coordinate events and meetings.
- Create and edit documents such as reports, presentations, and memos.
- Manage administrative aspects of special projects assigned by the executive.
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Primarily office environment
- May require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data.
- Repetitive manual movements (e.g., data entry, using a mouse) are frequently required.
- 5+ years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of Concur and SAP is helpful.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in related field, or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Educational requirements may vary by geography.
