Above and Beyond ABA Therapy is dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to individuals with autism. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our leadership team and help our organization run smoothly.

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, ensuring efficient operations and effective communication. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of executives
- Create polished presentations, meeting agendas, reports, and internal/external correspondence
- Assist with project management, tracking deadlines, and ensuring follow-ups
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries
- Organize and maintain files, records, and databases
- Collaborate on planning company-wide events, team retreats, and leadership off-sites
- Conduct research to support decision-making and special projects
- Build strong relationships and act as a liaison across departments, clients, and partners
- Handle other administrative tasks as needed to support business operations
- Previous experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other administrative tools
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or nonprofit a plus (but not required)
