We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant – Global Commercial to join our ambitious team. In this role, you will support a senior global commercial leader and become an integral part of a high-impact, globally-focused team. This position offers an outstanding chance to lead complex calendars, coordinate international travel, and connect with collaborators across various time zones and cultures. What You’ll Do:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including flawless calendar management, scheduling, expense reporting, and global travel coordination.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external collaborators, ensuring seamless logistics for high-level meetings and alignment across regions.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with cross-functional and international teams to streamline communication and collaboration.
  • Anticipate needs, resolve scheduling conflicts, and manage shifting priorities with integrity and discretion.
  • Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality and make sound decisions about blocking issues or delegation.
  • Support team events including securing vendor contracts, managing logistics, and coordinating with department leads to develop the agenda and finalize the attendee list.
  • Mentor peers, champion team collaboration, and promote continuous improvement within the Hasbro administrative community.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience supporting commercial, global, or executive leaders in dynamic environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with collaborative tools (Teams, OneNote, SharePoint).
  • An approach that embraces diversity in cross-cultural communication and international logistics navigation.
  • A sense of ownership, urgency, and adaptability, ready to adjust and prioritize on the fly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, empathetic tone.
  • Diligent and organized, with a history of building efficient and scalable processes.
  • Technological proficiency and a growth mindset, comfortable with both Mac and PC, and eager to learn new tools.

Nice to Have:

  • Project management experience or certification.
  • Familiarity with Concur and Carlson Wagonlit (CWT) for travel planning.
  • Experience in the entertainment, games, or creative industries.

Compensation Range (USD):

Starting: $35/hour

Ending: $58/hour
