Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. - Tracking and reporting on Team Goals
- Team Annual Talent Reviews
- Annual Operations Planning
- Projects to enhance communication and collaboration within the group and across geographies
- Projects to build and maintain mechanisms to continually improve efficiency in planning and reporting within the team
- Leading an EA team
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- 5+ years of senior level leadership support experience
- 5+ years of executive assistant, or 3+ years of Amazon experience
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
