• Supports the VP- Ventures Operations in a leadership capacity with strategy development, planning, budgeting and staffing allocation for the department.
• Drive development of strategic initiatives and growth by structuring complex issues into phased workstreams and deliverables.
• Ensure project goals and objectives are achieved within the project scope and timeframe.
• Develop and present comprehensive and strategic business value propositions and plans to support the strategic initiatives identified.
• Create and execute strategic action planning from Stakeholder Assessment (align facility readiness plan to culture/need).
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

Master's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or other related field of study

7 years Leadership position in Business Development, Strategic Planning, Innovation, Strategic Partnerships or related roles in a hospital or healthcare environment Required
