Baptist is seeking a visionary Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) to join our Executive Leadership team. This key role is responsible for shaping, driving, and supporting strategic initiatives that fuel organizational growth and long-term success.

Working closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership, the CSO will lead the development and implementation of an enterprise-wide strategic roadmap. This includes managing and evolving the strategic planning process, ensuring alignment across departments, and translating high-level strategies into actionable plans that drive results.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Executive Leadership to identify and prioritize strategic growth opportunities.
- Design and lead the organization’s strategic planning process, including the development of long- and short-term goals.
- Create a cohesive strategic execution plan and ensure alignment across business units.
- Establish clear, measurable objectives and key results (OKRs), and develop systems for tracking and reporting progress.
- Identify and assess risks to strategic initiatives and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Communicate strategy clearly across the organization to foster understanding, alignment, and engagement.
- Drive change management efforts to support strategic implementation and organizational transformation.
- Proven experience in strategic leadership roles, preferably within healthcare or similarly complex industries.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing at all levels of the organization.
- A track record of driving organizational growth and managing change effectively.
- An MBA, MHA, or related advanced degree is preferred.
